MMS MORNING PARCC TESTING DELAYED TO AFTERNOON DUE TO GLITCH

After experiencing what is being described as "connectivity issues," Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) testing originally slated for this morning at Maplewood Middle School has been rescheduled to this afternoon.

This note was sent to MMS parents:

Subject: April 5th PARCC Testing
Due to connectivity issues MMS has planned to run testing after lunch periods today pending repairs of connectivity. Please make alternate arrangements in picking up your 7th grader. Thank you.

So, if your child was to have been picked up early they should stay for the later testing. But if they opted out and stayed home, apparently they should remain at home in the afternoon.

If you are still unsure, you can call MMS at 973-378-7660.

We are checking to see if other schools are affected.
